Your First Visit

On your first visit to our office, we will welcome you as a member of our dental family. The reception area is designed with your comfort in mind. When you get a chance, click here for a tour of our office.  There are required forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your history. You may print them ahead of time, fill them out, and bring them with you to save time!

X-rays

X-rays will usually be required to get a full evaluation of your dentition. The number of X-rays needed  is considered on a case by case basis. Our equipment is state of the art for imaging.

Examination

Dr. Bostani will conduct a complete oral screening and evaluation of your x-rays. You should be prepared to let us know any relevant history of previous dental work done. The exam includes a thorough evaluation of not just your teeth, but an oral cancer screening, a TMJ evaluation, on orthodontic evaluation, and a periodontal evaluation.  You will have a chance to watch DVD videos on the most important treatment needs you have. And, of course, feel free to ask any questions you may have about the treatment planned for you.

Your computer Treatment Plan

Once all the information is taken and the examinations have been performed, Dr. Bostani  will give you a printed report of his findings and tell you his recommendations for what will be your priorities. At this time, we will also present to you an outline of how your insurance will help pay for your treatment and we will also explain other services, such dental credit plans (some at 0% interest) that may also be of value to you.

Treatment Schedule

Treatment may include starting with a cleaning of your teeth, and afterwards, a timely schedule of other appointments that may be needed.

For patients who have little or no dental insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
