During the procedure, the dentist carefully lifts the sinus membrane and places bone graft material into the area where the jawbone has receded.
3. Implant surgery: Dr. Bostani will place a biocompatible titanium post at a precise location in the jawbone. Although implant placement is a surgical procedure, the dentist will ensure the procedure is painless by blending highly effective anesthetics with sedation dentistry.
